A Little Bit About Me
Hi Salaams

About me:

I work in for an international commercial law firm. I am based in Birmingham but some days in the week I work in our London offices and other days I'm in their midlands office so am usually between the two cities. I manage their administration support department and general back office and operation functions. I’ve been a here a while now and well established and enjoy my work. 
I recently finished studying a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management at Coventry university as well. It was a 2 year part time degree that I wanted to do for further development.

I keep myself busy at home when I have spare time and like to make healthy meals and do jobs around the house and garden. When not working, studying or doing housework I like to relax. I'm a simple, chilled out individual. I’m a big fan of the outdoors and like treks, climbs and visiting national parks to get some of the country air. I’ve travelled a bit and if the opportunity arose I’d be happy to continue to do so. I like spending time with my close friends who I have known since childhood. I also make time for my aunty and cousins. I have a few nephews and neices that are recent additions to the family so enjoy spending time with them and see them growing up.

My family is small. Its me and my mom and I have one older brother who is married and lives not too far away with his wife and 3 year old daughter.

My family do not do Milaad or Khatams. My practising does need improvement in terms of prayers and deen but Islamic values and the religion is very important to me and I consider it as the guiding principle in marriage, raising children and life.

What I Am Looking For
I would like someone:
- smart, level headed
- ‎positive, likes to think the best
- down to earth
- patient and calm personality with an easy sense of humour
- family orientated that values the time and effort required with all relationships as well as those with family
- takes an interest in looking after their home/environment and has domestic skills (before this triggers anyone I think these are life skills for everyone not just women)
- with an interest in Islam and recognises it's importance in life

My preference are the these as they are similar characteristics and qualities to mine so I think they would help lay the foundation for a good connection.

I'd like to talk with the aim of meeting as I think this is the most effective use of time and helps in getting to know one another. I am serious in my search and hope to talk to those who are also.
