A Little Bit About Me
As salamu alaikum,
I would say that I am a God fearing individual, very thoughtful, very loving, affectionate, caring, calm and an understanding person.
I am very punctual, a man with immense patience and has a great sense of humour.
I pray 5 times a day, and have good knowledge of our deen and still developing more knowledge everyday.
I fast throughout the month of ramadhan and give charity.
I have performed Umrah at a young age thanks to my parents who kept me well disciplined and brought me up very well and has kept me in touch with our faith.
I am a person who would greet another person first and I am able to forget and forgive or be the first to ask forgiveness over petty things quickly.
I am a family man and love to spend time with my family, I am a man who provides for the home and takes care of my parents and In Sha Allah take care of my future spouse too.
I love children so In Sha Allah would love my spouse to gift me children in the future.
No pressure! Lol
I would say that I am an old fashioned guy in terms of manners I still hold doors for you to go through, carry shopping bags and pay for meals at restaurants.
If I disappear whilst walking down the pavement with you, you'll find me on the other side helping an elderly person carrying their food shopping to their front door... Lol
I recently took a keen interest in cooking from my mother so In Sha Allah before I marry I would be able to cook for my spouse one day, unless you're a better cook I would be happy for you to burn down the kitchen, I mean take control of the kitchen lol.
What does marriage mean to me?
Marriage to me is not a union between two people who compete against each other, but rather a union between two people who compliment each other in their partnership, forget and forgive quickly, who develop and maintain the love and mercy between them that Allah swt has created for them in their marriage, and strive together as a team to live a life of peace, harmony and tranquility under the FEAR and guidance of Allah.
Marriage definetely has its highs and lows it takes lots of sacrifices, compromises, and commitments to keep a relationship alive.
Why I think women are courageous?
Women who marry are the most courageous, they leave their parents home whom they lived all their life and then suddenly have to pack their bags and shift and adapt to a different lifestyle of their husbands is very brave, which is why I have developed a great understanding of womens emotions and always tried to put myself in my spouse's position to understand her feelings.
